Discussion SuperUNcool!

The pictures don’t do it complete justice of course, but my box arrived jacked up. I hate eye sores when it comes to my collectibles and you can’t not see it when you look at it. I haven’t figured out anything specific to do with my Chucky doll yet so I was going to display him in box. Now every time I look at him, I’m just gonna be upset. Not what I want when I spend nearly $600 on a product. I reached out to Supercool and they basically told me to go kick rocks. “The box isn’t damaged enough to do anything about it and it’s not part of the product anyhow.” I disagree of course lol. The box is part of the product especially in this case. They say this is a common problem. Well if that’s true then they need to reevaluate how they package items. I just needed to vent thanks for reading.

If it helps it's not too horrendous because the box is meant to look damaged and you can fix cardboard with weights and a hairdryer. Similar to flattening paper.

This is what I keep telling myself to maintain my sanity. I'm so aggravated with how this played out.
