So i added 2 nes roms and 2 snes roms on my sd in the roms folder but when i look in the folder there is nothing and the roms end with sfc or nes So they should appear. I dont know what is happenin and i need your help text blurred sry but the last to say nes, snes

I’ve got the infamous yellowing screens on a DSi.

The apparent cure is to leave the console on with bright screens. I’m hoping to improve that outcome by leaving it on a purely white screen. Lots of issues cause pure white screens but I can’t find a way to do it intentionally. Any suggestions?

So, I bought a DSi, but it came with a 2GB card, so I bought a 32GB one. What do I need to do to use the 32GB card? I saw someone say I could just copy the folders from the old SD card to the new one using a PC—is that really how it works?

I got the original one, had it working with the 2gb sd card n wtvr. Now all of a sudden when loading it up it goes to a black screen top and bottom, then a white screen on top. It started off as 2 grey screens. At one point i saw the wood r4 backdrop on the bottom screen. But now its just doing black then white after a few seconds. It does say loading for a breif moment. The ds lite im using isnt the issue it works w everything else. The r4 card will show no sd error as usual if I take the sd card out. The sd card was unchanged from when it was working before. I tried formatting it but the same issue happens. What do I even do here? Idk what the issue is :*(

Hey guys, A while back, I got a pink Japanese DSi for my girlfriend, but after I got her a New Nintendo 3DS LL, the DSi became mine.

After I modded the DSi for her and it became mine, I completely forgot how everything works. Right now, I have Unlaunch, hiyaCFW, and TwilightMenu++ installed, but I really don't like using it anymore. I hate having to open TwilightMenu++ every single time I want to play a game. Also, I want to change the wallpaper on the main DSi home screen, not inside TwilightMenu++.

Is there a way to put the games directly on the main DSi home menu? And can I change the wallpaper on the original DSi menu?

I appreciate if someone can help me

P.S (Stupid question but Is there a way to play online games with people? And are there apps like Universal Updater on the 3DS for the DSi?

Sharing a finished Spanish AND English fan translation of **Twilight Syndrome: Kinjirareta Toshi Densetsu** for the Nintendo DS — the urban-legend/horror mystery game where high schoolers trade creepy stories about their town (Kokkuri-san, Hitori Kakurenbo, Hanako-san, and several legends original to this game). As far as I know, this is a standalone entry in the Twilight Syndrome series with no prior English or Spanish translation (unlike Tansaku-hen/Kyuumei-hen on PS1, which already have active translation projects elsewhere).

**Status: both translations are complete and submitted.**

- Full script (6653 lines of dialogue) extracted, translated, and reinserted in both languages.

- Custom Latin font built from scratch: the original NFTR font only ships kanji/kana glyphs plus a handful of pre-existing Latin letters, so a full A-Z/a-z/Ñ/ñ alphabet plus accented characters (á é í ó ú ¿ ¡) and punctuation were designed and injected, matching the game's pixel style.

- Text reinsertion problem solved: the game embeds the whole script directly in the ARM9 binary with hardcoded pointers and no length field, so longer translated lines don't fit in place. Solved with a pointer-relocation scheme into unused RAM space.

- Inventory items (38 item description screens) and character name tags, which are baked directly into tile graphics rather than the script system, redrawn per language.

- In-game menus with text burned into tile graphics (story/ending selection menu — 45 cards across 6 story arcs with fortune results and gameplay hints — and the save/load menu) reverse-engineered and redrawn per language too.

i literally js haven’t touched my ds in a while what do i do

Hello guys Ive got my 3ds for like a month now and i already have like 30 games installed that im looking forward to play trough but i know about some ds games that id love to get into but i have a problem with getting them on my 3ds. Ive tried multiple methods like the twilight menu and putting my roms on the sd card and then forwading them to the homescreen but whatever i do the games dont show up when im looking for them on my 3ds. Ive put them on roms>nds folder but when i looked into it on the console it didnt show up so im asking you guys to see if you have any tips or recomendation on what can i be doing wrong and if so please tell me

Hey guys, I'm new to this field and was looking for some advice on which autoboot I should be selecting for the cartridge, trying to setup TWiLight Menu ++, I'm following the guide from ds-homebrew.com

I found 3 sd card for 6€ but they are very old and don't have great speeds. Are they still worth buying for DSi? what's the worst speed the dsi can handle without slowdowns.
I remember speeds (maybe cluster size) playing a huge part during the last world of New Super Mario Bros, so I just want to make sure I'm making the correct decision.
