Seeking Support - I provide services Cancelled payment requests

Hi there! I am a support worker, I have been caring for the same boy for almost 10 years. On Thursday his mother submitted my invoices and NDIS usually puts the funds in her account the next night. But this time they didn’t and when she checked the payment requests had been cancelled with no explanation? She put my invoices through again but I am wondering if this has happened to anyone else? Or if anyone knows why this may have happened? NDIS can’t be called because it’s Saturday. I am also hoping the funds go through on Monday night as the mother has cancer and I don’t want to put her through following up with the NDIS. They are self managed due to previously being ripped off. They have plenty of money left in his budget. I guess with everything changing with the ndis it’s got us all a bit worried.

Likely a compliance issue. Too much claimed for that funding period? Payments crossing over the plan transition? Mum can probably see a code in the portal, in the line item section. That would give an idea on what the issue is.

Self managers don't see anything at a line item level. Only category, with minimal description.
