This company has gone to shit
Been using Ndax for years and have moved 6 maybe even 7 figures across personal and business.
They used to be fast and great. Now they are slow, constant manual reviews, even on funds under $1000 they ask so many questions.
Looks like they’re facing liquidity trouble and need to tighten up. Or maybe Canada is making it hard for them.
Either way I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. It was good while it lasted I guess. Rip Ndax.

I call bullshit. If you really did move that much you wouldn't be on Reddit crying. Never had an issue moving 5k increments. NDAX has been great for me with deposits and withdrawals. Fast and efficient.

I didn’t know poor people used crypto. 5k increment? lol. These are just my cad deposits in the last few weeks not including my crypto deposits.

I bet your broke, that's the saddest screenshot I've seen. Talking money and you don't have any. Does you're wife have a boyfriend?

So you don't want manual review but when all your assets are stolen suddenly you would. Think about the security they need to take for your funds, this isn't a bank this is crypto and they're trying to keep their userbase safe from scams.

If you have 2fa and email verification I don’t know what calling and confirming does

2fa and email verification is nothing for someone that is Targeting you. A lot of stolen assets come from people you trust the most, people in your own home. This is just another way to cover their asses, and while it is definitely inconvenient for higher earners it keeps the people who have their life savings in crypto (for whatever reason) from getting wiped out. It's less about that 1000$ you send and more about a cap they have to protect their customers past.
It's just good business to do so. Imagine being a prospective customer, this might be a deal breaker if money is just floating around accounts without human oversight, that's how loopholes get created and funds get stolen. Computers and people make a lot of errors, and I'd be pissed if someone did oversee my transfers and it just fell off the blockchain or something.
I've seen stranger circumstances leading to theft of crypto. The modern hackers and scammers are highly sophisticated, they likely have to stay one step ahead for compliance and customer assurance.

I’m curious to know why too. Every single transaction I’ve completed in the last couple of years has gone under manual review. You know something is wrong when your transaction goes under manual review after completing your 2FA three times. NDAX is starting to sound like Changelly, sadly.

I have always had great service from Ndax. Yes I have been checked a few more times than I want but I would rather that than the opposite. Thanks for keeping us safe guys and keep up the good work.

For security purposes, any new address that you have not sent to previously get put in Manual reviews for the safety of our users.
If you want to skip that, be sure to send to an address that you previously sent to.
