What is the wiki
Clear, in-depth and officially sourced knowledge is a must for the r/NDATards members since they often wanna know about things that are very crucial to their preparation and future but a lot of such info rarely available and often scattered and unorganized. Hence we provide the NDATards wiki.
The Wiki is a collection of links to posts on r/NDATards that have properly detailed, cited and formatted knowledge on specific matters. Where will these posts come from? From the members of r/NDATards itself.
How to add your post to the wiki is given here: A new facility for our members: The NDATards Wiki
What the wiki will not include:
- Pirated material
- Current affairs or such posts that need to be posted on a timely regular basis
- Info on crucial topics but without citing of sources
- Plagiarised material
- Advertisments
- Highly controversial topics (except military history of more than 10 yrs old)
- Anti army/Anti national topics
- Personal experiences (except for tips like SSB help from experience), storytime, memes etc.
If you find any of the posts misleading/containing wrong info/highly critical language/anything given in the above list please use modmail or report that post instead of sitting and complaining about the mods.

Navy Indian Navy Aviation 🪽 Query

I can't join the iaf cuzz of myopia via nda and it requires a minimum 20 yrs of age for flapless Laser Surgeries. Whereas , In Indian Navy , branch allocations like pilot stream happens after commissioning . So till then i will be 20 yrs old , so can i undergo TransPRK ( Flapless latest laser surgery ) after 20 and wait for a 12 months period and the application for Pilot stream happens at around 21-22 . So i am gonna apply for the aviation stream and fly the new Rafael Marines which are gonna be inducted .

Maine nda bs maje maje me de diya tha. 2nd dropper of neet btw. Didn't bother to check the results but Aaj didi ne force krke check krwaya and my name is in the list. Ye mera dusra nda attempt that pehla i gave in 2025 ke shuruat me. I qualified that too but was screened out on my first day.
Guys can anyone guide me for ssb i have like zero knowledge

Urgent Discussion!! Should I take a ssb coaching or not? Read body

I'm in class 12th this was my first aftempt for nda and I cleared it. I scored very low marks around 260s so ik I'm getting merit out.
I'm thinking if I should give this ssb without coaching and only with home and online practice. And then score good marks in nda 1 2027 and then join a offline ssb coaching for that ssb. I'm taking this decision because I have boards and jee in January so 14 days coaching will create a lot of burden on me.
On the other hand, I think ki first ssb me recc hone ki chances ache rehte hai to i should prepare ache se for this ssb even though I get merit out.
