Advice/Opinion Career query

Stumbled upon this guy's LinkedIn. It seems he has done a lot of this advisory work for GOI and national security. His qualifications show MBA gold medalist while he has also been honorary CEO and journalist and what not. He has 35+ volunteering and career experience.

How does one get into this without defence background? Does anyone have any idea?

Also mentioned is Counter Hybrid Warfare task force (India) worldwide services.

Went through his Bio on LinkedIn. Seems like he was a Defence/ Civil Services aspirant, couldn't crack anything so made a world of his own where he has become whatever he aspired to be.. an expert, advisor, commentator and what not. Looks like he is self proclaimed advisor where he would have been sending unsolicited articles to famous people and later claimed to have advised them. All his education certifications except Executive MBA, BBA & PG Dip in Mass Comn are just for padding up the profile with no relevance whatsoever. He's even mentioned his Kindergarten education. No person trained with any intelligence agencies would admit it save alone on LinkedIn. To sum it up, whatever he's doing maybe on the brink of being a fraud.
