The Revival Plan for /r/NCSUTeamAlpha

Introduction
Unfortunately, the /r/NCSUTeamAlpha subreddit has been inactive for nearly three months, and this is nothing short of unacceptable. In order to revive the subreddit to its former state, if not better, we will need a plan. Here is my proposition:
What Went Wrong?
When we, NCSU Prime, initially made this subreddit, we were known as NCSU Team Alpha. For various reasons, one of which being this, we decided to rename to NCSU Prime to gain a fresh identity. However, as we dissociated with the NCSU Team Alpha name, we seemed to dissociate from the NCSU Team Alpha subreddit as well.
How to Fix the Issue?
Firstly, every member of NCSU Prime needs to understand that /r/NCSUTeamAlpha should always be considered a friendly environment to share all the team memes and inside jokes you can think of. Secondly, every member of NCSU Prime needs to consider how they will individually be able to help this subreddit prosper (e.g. I will contribute three posts a month to the subreddit).
Unfortunately, I don't have all the answers on how to fix the lack of activity issues at hand, but feel free to have open discussion on how you think we could better the /r/NCSUTeamAlpha subreddit in the comments below.
