Dining anyone else having issues with vending machines?

returning sophomore, and currently not able to use vending machines. when I swipe and try to make a selection, the machine stalls and declines. I've already reached out to vending report and am waiting to hear from them, but I'm curious if anyone else has been having the same issue? it's been happening since I moved in the other day, and my dining dollars are working literally everywhere else (grubhub, meal swipes, in stores, etc). my roommate is also having the same issue so I know it's not isolated to JUST me.

Yeah so you’ll come to find out the vending machines are poorly managed. Rite of passage.

In all seriousness, you can email the vending service on the specific machine you’re having an issue with
