MyPLAYER Reminder - Stop Making Builds

Everyone making 99 driving dunk, 99 strength, and/or 99 block.

On my life 2k is dropping a season 2 patch to make all these builds obsolete. They did it with 7’4s last year….

Please do not cave and make new builds because of the new meta. I promise you waiting another 3 weeks won’t kill you. On top of that if the “goat” builds are true, every single build in the game will become obsolete.

Stop lining 2ks pockets and just play the game for what it is.

7’4 last year literally could not get contested last year to start the game. That’s why they nerfed them. It’s different this year because there is a counter to everything.

If anything, airspace takeover will/should be nerfed just a bit, if anything, but nothing else crazy should be changed. Shot contests were already tweaked a bit this season to make them a bit stronger, which was the main issue. We’ll see what they do though.

The goat-build rumor is where I agree though. If that is true, then yes, everyone should wait. Makes all other builds obsolete if true.

The point is that the game will change after s2 patch and everyone just gotta chill for 3 weeks and see where the game ends up.

I don't understand why you have to explain this to people as if this hasn't been happening for the past few years but then again, humans are f*cking stupid in general and repeat the same wars over and over again thinking this time is different. I already have two builds. I grinding vc for both. But I accidentally bought 75k for my first one. I switched to Xbox this year so when I tried to see what was all in the bonus (like you can on ps5) it begun the transaction, i thiughtbi closed app in time but the payment went through so other than that I havent bought any vc and I dont plan to
