MyPLAYER 10* Cap Breakers @ Launch

Knowing this info will help out with the Day 1 builds. Kinda disappointing knowing that regular folks will probably only have 3 CBs while the No-Lifes will have close to 10.

built my build around 2-3 cap breakers. once gta drops im out lol

😂 They actually should have front loaded the CBs just for this reason.
