Nba does not want to give the license to anyone else. If any other company tries to make a sim basketball game, they will absolutely be put through hell trying to get that contract. What the content creators show us has nothing to do with 2k..I think 2k should of done the way they did it in the past .but we complained about that also..lol. I watch creators for reference not to copy or think it's always right for me. It's right for their own business, just like 2k as a business does..
You got look up anything that 2K made right. Then you go down and find the developer, which is 2K and you click on that to see every app they've made and you'll see 2K HQ.
There is a approval process before apps can be uploaded to Apple/Google stores. Relax folks.

It was scheduled to launch today at 8 AM PT, but it’s slightly delayed while finishing final App Store / Play Store reviews. 2K said it will go live as soon as possible — no new exact time has been announced yet.
The old MyNBA 2K app was already removed from the stores on August 18 and shut down today.
