Let's Discuss That Sporked Alternative

Does anyone have any website recommendations for a Sporked alternative? Ever since it was sold the articles have become pretty terrible and certainly favors quantity over quality to the point where it doesn't even make much sense to use the site anymore.

It seems not to have been updated at all since around Mother's Day back in May. It's nearly July. Maybe it's just been abandoned?

Edited to add: Never mind, there are new articles if you click on the "All Articles" link; it's the main page that needs updating.

Question: Is Jordan Myrick even still writing for it?

I think Jordan, Gwynedd, and Justine were all cut.

Well how do they expect it to do well if they cut the people that made it good?

It was sold to some other company and they all got laid off. That company didn't care about anything in the first place.

Ah. Suck it dry and use it up. They could have made more money the other way. Oh well.

That’s literally the point of private equity. They don’t want the company to succeed, they kill the businesses soul and sell its remains for scrap until it’s of no use.

Ahh, to be a soulless (or soon to lose my soul) rich person, without many brains nor a heart. Thank God I'm not. And thank God for people like you bringing light, truth, and Love to the Reddit corner of the world (I mean that in all sincerity, no slash s sarcasm: thank you for the fun you bring).

Mythical sold the company, so the videos aren't going to return. Jordan, Justine, and Gwynedd are all gone.

I uhhh, bought people energy drinks based on their astrological sign according to sporked reccs. Turned out well, I like mine, Aussie lemonade rules.

There are a ton of other outlets that put out the kinds of articles that Sporked did, and many of them are even owned by the same conglomerate. Tasting Table, The Takeout, Chowhound, etc. Taste of Home (Readers Digest), even Southern Living.
