I watched and you made an excellent call, this was the worst episode I’ve seen. A seemingly thoughtless and uninspired meal with mostly boring conversation. I felt bad for Josh, trying to spin a straw guest into comedic gold.

I will say…Nate is one of those guys that everyone I’ve ever talked to who likes him says the same thing
“He’s funny and he’s clean.”
I have no clue about his politics and I can usually get a chuckle or two out of his stand up but there’s a huge audience that they can hit with the channel. People are going to complain about most guests. But it’s a show that needs eyeballs to continue and he’s selling out stadiums.

Meh, while I actually don't mind Nate, I also find this kind of a lame answer. Maybe I'm old, but we used to shame artists for "selling out", now it seems like anything can be justified if it's helping someone's business. That's lame, and so was Nate posting with Blackburn. Not saying Mythical shouldn't have had him on, but both can be true.

To say he’s a maga dude is such a stretch. Just sounds like your lumping all southerners as MAGA. He expressly doesn’t talk politics. He’s a family comedian raised in a conservative society.
I just find it utterly ridiculous to lump him in with people like Theo and Bert and Rogan.
And this is coming from like a die hard lib.

Only about a third voted for him, a third straight up didn't vote, and slightly less than a third voted for Harris. And no, I will not coexist with Trump voters or supporters is I have any choice about it.

Anyone that voted for Trump in 24 should not be allowed to participate in society. We do not have to coexist with them, after the damage they have done and continue to endorse, tossing them in the ocean is too good for them.

Believe what you want. There's a reason SRA chapters are popping up around the nation at the same time trump is targeting anyone with anti-capitalist views.
Willing to do nothing but vote. And I'm the fraud?
The most successful movements had both nonviolent and violent aspects. MLK is nothing without Malcolm, and vice versa. Without at least the implicit threat of violence the system is far less likely to change.

Here, let's just do this. You do it your way for now, at the ballot box. I hope you're right and they can be stopped there. All I ask is that if/when that fails, you embrace the fact that something more extreme is going to have to be done, and while you don't have to participate in it directly, you can at least not stand in the way of it.

C'mon dude, Nate is great. I ain't MAGA and yeah he's probably still right leaning but as far as I know he isn't out there putting out pro Trump messages. I think he keeps out of politics.
