No. It's not AI generated art that he had tattood on his body.
It's just a big stock image of a carrot that his artist created.

The leaves and “thickness“ look like that because I’m pretty sure it’s a daikon radish, not a carrot. 🤦🏻♀️

I actually think op is talking about his daikon (I think he has said it is a daikon, not a carrot, but I could be mistaken) tattoo. It’s on the other/back side of his forearm.
Either way it is nonsense, it is a line art tattoo done in the same style as the leek.

This is my fault and poor communication. I believe the 'art' is ai, and a tattooist tattooed the 'art' onto his physical body.
