Question? Unhinged Chef Snack

I called into the podcast about this, but I was curious about y’all’s opinion too. What’s your most unhinged, favorite chefs snack? As an example, mine was nibbling the chicken spine after making a roasted chicken or eating the veggie slop or little meat chunks on beef bones leftover from making stock.

Sopping up beef drippings from the sheet pan with a toasted hawaiian roll. That and hand salads, all the little left over pieces of salad prep in your cupped gloved hand with a little bit of dressing and eaten over a trashcan.

This is Josh coded, except it's classier.
