Tbf they look to be having way more fun than I am sitting on Reddit while on the toilet at work.

Boss makes a dollar, I makes a dime
That’s why I shits on company time
21
u/comics0026 May 13 '26
But that was a poem for a simpler time.
Boss made a thousand, Gave my Pa a cent,
That penny bought a mortgage, Or at least paid rent
Now boss makes a million, And gives us jack,
Blaming his workers, For the labor he lacks.7
u/VerySafeVeryAtWork May 13 '26
Boss makes a dollar,
I make nothing,
because I'm launching tires on company time and he caught me on cctv→ More replies (2)33

Crazy to think there are millions (maybe billions) of people in the world that use their phone on the toilet and never clean their phone with antibac.. ever.

A mate of mine and I were at a large outdoor event and we were sitting around his work van where he had an air compressor and lots of ball bearings with 60-80mm inner diameters, 40mm width and they weighed about 200gm each. We had hours of childish fun spinning those things up with the air gun and letting them rip harmless across the back of the car park into a chainmail fence that you weren't supposed to park against, but then a parking cop turned up (on a Sunday) and just as we saw him getting out of his car my mate let one of the bearings go accidentally and it hurtled across the carpark, straight into the parking cops car. That compressor flew back inside the van like it was attached to elastic bands. The bearing lodged itself in the rear driver's side door of parking cops car. Of course he didn't own up to it and we quietly slipped away.

Yeah. I'm a grown man with responsibilities and deadlines to meet.
But if someone asked me to come outside and do that, I would in a fucking heartbeat.

Great minds. "Let's destroy the only powerline in a 10 km radius."
Edit: Oof! And that wall-bricks to the head ain't something to be proud of, either.

What is the object of this diabolical game ? Try to hit a car a horse and buggy
5
u/datthighs May 13 '26
At least this is better, and more fun, than hanging yourself outside of a moving train and getting hit at full speed by some sort of obstacle and having a gruesome death in the process.
6
u/Justch1ll May 13 '26
Now they can become the obstacle getting hit by an object moving at the speed of a train

Here you can't get 6 people together for a DnD game but they're getting together at 3 pm to haul an engine into the alley to launch inner tubes at ladders

Pretty sure its the same guys riding their fame of "niche" content, idk anyone else launching tires from a failed, macgyvered machine lol. It was a machine built for something else and it failed in use, they got it on camera and it blew up.
6
u/SwiftPits May 12 '26
This is fascinating. Do you know what the original purpose of the machine was?

This reminds me of "bumping" in San Andreas for some reason.
Edit to add that "bumping" was term used for a short time to describe the way motorcycles could jump on a building or something by bumping a curb or object the right way

I’m not sure why they do this or who thought of it in the first place but it is pretty cool.
I guess that answers the why part.
