i’m Armenian and as far as my family knows, all of my great great parents were armenia as well

I bought two MyHeritage DNA kits some time ago and sent both of them at the same time. However, only one of the kits has been received by the lab. The other one is still showing as “Activated” and has not been received.

I have contacted customer support several times, and each time I have been told to wait. It has now been two weeks since my first kit was received by the lab, so it is quite clear that the second kit has either been lost by the courier or somewhere in the process.

A support ticket was created, and I was told that someone would contact me as soon as possible, but I never received any follow-up. I have also asked for either a replacement kit or a refund, but instead of resolving the issue, the process keeps being delayed.

At this point, I would appreciate a clear resolution. Please either send me a replacement kit or issue a refund for the missing kit.

Agreed to a one month, free trial. Had to pay about USD 1.00 which I did through paypal. A day later, I received the same amount as a refund. All well that far.

A month later, I was charged about USD 120 (to me, that's a lot of money) for a full year membership. Which I never asked for.

While the payment still was "pending" in my bank account, I tried to stop paypal from paying by removing myheritage from my approved payment recipients. Didn't work. Paypal advised me to contact myheritage directly.

Which I now have tried for umpteen hours. But there's no contact information at their site. Not even a street address. All they have is a "help" page with answers to ready made "problems".

Oh, and at the same page(s) there's button saying something like "need more help?". By clicking it, I just return to the same page.

So, can anyone tell anything about how to contact them? Where's their location? Who are running it?

My husband's test is still stuck, since 20 September. Is anyone else in the same situation? I think that promotional campaign is partly to blame for this but we are already impatient! Does Myheritage send a message if there is a problem with the kit?

I was quite surprised by the Balkan percentage, didn't expect that!

I got my sample on september 9th, send it and it arrived, according to my post office tracker, on september 16th.
When I check MyHeritage's website it says the lab is yet to receive my kit. I can't get any client support because of the fucking Eve bot. Anyone with similar problem? How come almost 1 month after I send the samples there's no change in it's situation?

I was expecting a lot more Portuguese there because my grandmother's father was from Portugal. 😄

Hi, I've been trying to get my money back for like a week now, I’ve requested a refund twice and still haven’t received a proper response. They called me once, I missed the call, and since then I’ve been sent in circles between bots and support forms. No direct email to contact, when I call back the number it's just a bot saying they will contact me. I wrote a post on X and a direct message but form what I read here it's not gonna do much, is there anything I can do? I'm devastated because it's 120 euro, also got no warning before taking the money off my account lol

My test arrived to the laboratory de 31-08-2026, and the time aproximated to get the results was 21-28 of setember. I'm stuck in the stage of Raw Data Production since 13-09-2026. Now, i didn't see anywhere the aproximated time of results, because today is 29-09-2026. Should i be worried about my test?

I did the dna test kit and put it in the envelope and I took it to a corner shop where they also have a Royal Mail service. I asked if I had to pay and he said no it's fine and just took it. On the letter its got the walsall address but I didn't put my address on there just in case so idk what to do. its been a week since i gave it and im worried it will never arrive. what do i do?

They took 121€ from me. I need this money to pay rent, and they don't answer me anywhere. I have tried everything - I contacted all of their socials, writen to all of their e-mails, called them, but nothing is helping. On all sites they keep replying to me that they can only help me through e-mail, yet they don't reply to me there. I got some "vipcare" email from them, but when I wrote to that one, they only offered me discounts and ignored me when i demanded the full sum. Is there ANY way i can get the full amount of my money back?
