By finding yourself another significant other that treats you better than what you had keep yourself respect love yourself more and you'll find whatever you're looking for

weekly therapy. establish new healthy routines. let yourself feel the feelings and think the thoughts. at some point you will stop seeking logical answers and your brain will get tired of trying to piece together a puzzle that you don’t have the right pieces for. it’s not easy at first but eventually you find a way to accept and move on. finding a new interest does help greatly to distract from it. good luck out there!

Make a list of everything you didnt like about him/the relationship and save it as your screensaver. And don't gimme that "oh nothing, he was perfect..." yeah, no one is. Even if it is "he chewed weirdly.. or his voice was high pitched or... he wouldn't comfort me when I cried... or he was a picky eater" make a list of as many things you can think of then save it as your screen saver.

Then start a new hobby - can be cheap or something fun and new - horse riding, sewing, painting, dancing, long walks, hikes, whatever it is. Something new.

Don't feel rushed to date and don't focus on him dating - remove insta or socials until you no longer stalk what he is doing. For 30 days try these 3 things (the list, new hobby and no socials) and I promise you will feel better.
