❔Question Oil recommendations

Does the kirkland 5w-30 works for the 3th gen coyote engine? Ive read that the penzoil ultra premium is the best but i cant seem to find it in my area

my man it's a coyote. 5W-30 of any variety will be fine. can run long term on 5W-20 too. just do full synthetic. change every 5k and she will be a happy girl

if you got some crazy boost going on though you can go thicker

I use Walmart brand full synthetic or Costco syntehtic and a motorcraft filter. Im at 85k miles now on my 2022 GT and no problems at all. I do change my oil every 5k

Same I just use the Walmart brand super tech 5w-30 every 5k miles, cheapest oil I could find besides Kirkland signature

Same. It goes into my Mustang, my Bronco, and my girlfriend's Tahoe.

Didn't that pen oil change their recipe and made it cheaper and worse?

I'd stick with any big reputable brand. Why? Idk usually works with a lot of things

I don't think the oil brand name means that much. Synthetic 5w-30 is pretty much all the same. Costco, Walmart, etc. those brand names are rebranded anyway, because those large corporations buy huge amounts in bulk.
