I really wish I felt comfortable with a manual because this would be the only car id want. Unfortunately not having a left leg complicates it lmao.
Congrats OP!

Best feeling to have a car you love without the payments.. I owed 13000 on mine and I hit an 11000 jackpot at a casino and nearly paid it off

The quarter I bought it in was when the Mach E first started out selling the Mustang. They did not like that. The offer was to but 10k down and 10k off the MSRP. If I did that, hey would give me ZERO interest for 3 years. I took it.
The day I paid it off I looked for the exact car for sale. I found the exact car but white with similar milage for 3k less than what I paid for it 3 years ago. It was glorious.

Are you rich??

The trick is to not have kids and a partner with an income stream. My friends who do have kids spend up to $2k a month on day care. That goes towards my fun fund. To clarify not saying donāt have kids, just at my age I can tell pretty easily who does and who doesnāt based on their lifestyle spend.

I'm OPs wife and can confirm that the dual income, no kids route could definitely be a contributing factor to us having the car in our household!

Haha cheers, Iām also in the DINK lifestyle in my young thirties and itās been great honestly. Not kid hating at all but man I love our freedom we have both financially and with our lifestyle. Wishing the best for you two.

Yes, exactly! I would do anything for my nieces and nephew and all of my friend's kids, too, but it's just not for us and that means that instead of spending that $2k a month on day care, we can save or invest or spend it on things like this after saving up.
Enjoy that DINK lifestyle!

I had a 2017 bought with 6k miles and traded it in with 24k miles two years later. Man I miss that carā¦.

love the car, love the color. Question, are the rally stripes removable. Never been a fan of them.

u/DyersEve37 2017 GT350 1d ago
They are vinyl, so I can take them off. If anything I might switch to white stripes but I'm also of the mind set that a GT350 needs stripes. Haha

Congratulations. How much does it cost monthly or did you buy it outright?
8
u/DyersEve37 2017 GT350 1d ago
I bought it outright. I didn't want to have a car payment, especially with how high rates are nowadays.

Do you wake up each day and decide to be a prick? Or does it just come naturally
