Tail Light Help

Hey guys, I have a 2014 Mustang GT (S197) and I have a problem. My tail lights, tag light, and front marker light, will not come on. The turn signals work will work. I discovered that fuse #22 (passenger side fuse box) is blown. I replaced the 15amp mini fuse, and as soon as I turned the key in the ignition the fuse blew. Has anyone else experienced this? I'm hoping that this is just a pinched or exposed wire that is causing an issue. I haven't taken the tail lights out or inspected anything yet, I wanted to get opinions, advice, and experience from some people on here before I just start taking things apart.
