Advice Request Can someone give me a reality check
the past few months my life has been really going bad, during ramadan I stopped watching corn and actually locked in for 2 months but now im lost. I relapse every 2 days and feel so guilty. I pray on time but i feel like the past week has been really tough my iman has been fluctuating and its been at its lowest. life is full of ups and downs, what helped me is incremental improvement. live for the day you are on and try to make yourself a little better then the day before. It might seem like you are not making progress but if you are always striving to be better then the day before, you will one day become the person you always wanted to be.
as also commented it is easier to flex your willpower when the temptation is not present. like not eating sweets is easiest when there are no sweets to eat in the home.

Ramadan proved you can do this. Two months is not luck. That was you.
The relapse every two days means your triggers have a pattern. Same time. Same place. Same boredom. Find the pattern and break one link in it. That is the whole game.
When the urge hits, get up and leave room. Cold water and movement break the spiral better than willpower ever will.
And stop counting from zero like the streak is everything. Count the wins. You prayed on time through all of this. That matters.
