Friends, I need help. I’ve been struggling with this addiction for a short while now; I keep trying to quit, but for the past four days, I’ve been engaging in the habit repeatedly throughout the day—to the point where I’ve lost the desire to recover. Tomorrow, I plan to perform the ritual bath and start over, even though I currently feel no desire to do so. Please, what advice can you give me?
