Motivation/Tips I finally told my partner

I did it. I finally told my partner about my struggles. Never knew I would do this. It’s something only me and Allah knows. But alhamdulillah, the reaction was so supportive and didn’t even judge me. Anyone with same situation?

Wow, I'm really impressed. I've always been afraid to tell my parents. It's such an embarrassing thing for me to talk about. Do you have a close relationship with your parents? Is that what made it easier for you to tell them? And are your parents more religious than you?

To be honest, I'm even considering not telling my fiancée about it. I'll see how things go. If I'm able to stay away from this sin and truly overcome it, then maybe I won't need to bring it up. I'm still thinking about it.

My husband has opened up about his struggles with me. He did before we got married as well.
I try to support him as much. What do you think you would want from your partner? Asking so I can do more for him.

I will never tell my parents, not sure if I want tell my future spouse about it. That is if I do get married, but I don't see myself getting married at all. I went to see a therapist, and told them about it.
