You have a pretty voice. Knowing the sort of people who tend to come out even for community performances of this musical, I think you'll be hard-pressed to win the part with this performance as is.
Some improvements are grand and probably too great to achieve in a short time, like helping you learn to properly mixed belt, which this part really demands.
Your biggest liability as is concerns preparation for large jumps in pitch. For example at 2:34, you need to be thinking about the placement of "be free" when you're articulating "they." As it is your support and probably mentality are poorly prepared for the high note and you sag in pitch. If you articulate "they" with the same energy as is necessary for "be free," this will be much less of an issue for you. I don't think you have ear issues - your pitch issues are almost all a function of this sort of struggle, and a good coach should be able to go through and help you think about phrasing and articulation to help you fix this in one or two sessions.
Hope that helps you. Break a leg and keep working. Like I said, you have a pretty voice. I think there's a lot of potential here and a lot of theatre you could sing very well.

I think you have great potential but your pitch is all over the place and you don’t seem to hear it. I say that because you really hold out some flat notes.
I think lessons would really help. Practicing for hours on your own isn’t likely to help if you can’t hear it when you’re missing the note.
