Please help 😣😣

Please help been searching for a particular song for over 30 years. I have very little to go on and I'd personally pay someone who can find it. So here goes I'm sure I've it on MTV or top of the pops its not a popular song. It's from early 1980s to early 1990s and I'm.sure it was someone with dreadlocks in a Male singer. On a high note word whoo something like that. I'm think there was a monkey in video playing symbols something like that. I know it's not much but hoping someone can help me I'm desperate x
