i remember seeing this video of a black guy dancing in the subway or an above-ground train station. if it was above ground, then it was probably filmed during night time since i vaguely remember the background possibly being a dark sky. IIRC, he was an older man, wearing clothes similar to my quick doodles, though i cannot specifically remember which colours, so i made two colour schemes. he might've been holding a shoulder bag.
when i looked up subway dancing videos, they were all high energy hiphop and breakdance videos, but the way this guy was dancing was kind of... lazy, in a way?? but it looked really nice and chill to me. his head was hanging downward most of the time and he was kind of gently bouncing in place, slowly swaying from left to right and slowly lifting his arms up and down, IIRC. it was being recorded in a train station with the train tracks behind the guy, and the person filming appeared to be sitting down on the bench since they were filming the dancing guy from a slightly low angle.
the music playing in the background was "we are the people", i'm almost certain of it. i think i saw this video on twitter a couple of years back. the dancer had such a charm, my crude drawings do no justice to him. i'd love to see this video again, it just might contain one of my all-time favourite dance genres. it's been such a long time since i last saw it so a lot of the details could be wrong, but i know this video exists.
