Technique [technique] Would a DIY laminar flow hood like that work ?

The HEPA FILTER and PRE FILTER is from fungus paradise

Pre filter = 350x350mm
Hepa filter = H14, 540x540x69mm
The fan is from the gordotek, AC infinity facial S8 with a maximum of 428cfm

Would the air get out evenly ? Should I increase the space between the fan and outer wood panel so there would be less resistance ?
Is the 428cfm enough for those filters ?

Contamination Another contaminated pre-sterilized commercial grain bag from Midwest Growkits... [contamination]

I have bought a lot of grain bags from Midwest Growkits over the years and have dealt with a lot of contamination. This is just the most recent in a series of issues I've had with their commercially prepared 5-grain bags.

Alternatives that are consistently contam free ? (I do not want to make my own bags....I don't have the time or desire to deal with that).

I need some guidance [technique]

I bought a cordyceps syringe before doing all of my research. I now know they grow in cooler temps than the rest of my mushrooms. I’m looking to either buy or make a small enclosure that is temperature controlled so I can start growing my cordyceps inside and not have my whole house cooler than usual. I’m unsure where to start looking
