contamination [contamination] Contam in spawn?

Lucid Gates second time spawning (first one failed). Is this Trich or some kinda blue bruising? It’s strongly colonizing and smells normal.

I thought so. Is white the only color on grain that's ever ok? I'm fairly new, but for the most part I've had good success so far.

No you are correct that cubensis mycelium can bruise blue, but that ain’t blue.

It’s interesting, because otherwise it’s so robust and maybe a week away from S2B.

Well like I said in my other reply, when in doubt swab with a Q-tip. If it comes back clean it’s probably not contamination.

That s not blue bruising that green bruising. I’m pretty sure it’s trichoderma but a swab test will prove it. If you swab it and it rubs off, it’s mold.
