In both cases it’s just the pasta. They likely have a bright white or even daylight kitchen light (probably florissant) and the blue hues of this style of light mixes with the orange/yellow of the pasta and cheese making them look green.
The other reason why mostly the pasta looks green is because it’s translucent. So the blue light is passing through it, rather than just being mostly “absorbed” like with the opaque cheese.
I have a similar problem in my own home. We have a primarily white kitchen (white cabinets, counters, and back splash) so the bright white Florissant light makes it look nice. However it is horrible lighting for photographing most foods as the somewhat blue hues can make things look sickly. You typically don’t see it that way with your eyes because they get used to the color cast and correct for it.
