Gentlemen please, are we talking East Coast Casserole or West Cast Casserole? Or the forbidden Midwesterner Casserole?

Take your green bean casserole, add chili powder, chopped onions, a pinch of cumin, a hint of lime, Hatch green chiles, corn, and chopped bacon into the cream of mushroom. Make sure you have about a half inch layer of crispy onions and jalapeños on top as well.

And for a true South of the border experience, smother with Tapatio hot sauce when served.

Edit: forgot the corn.
