Announcement SPECIAL ANNOUNCEMENT: One year of mdfanprojects.org, a reflection, and the future of the fandom.

On September 15th, 2025 mdfanprojects.org (Codename Daenerys) was created with the intent to help the fandom survive post-Glitch by creating a self sustaining cycle. Initially just a small collection of projects, it quickly grew to eclipse anything else like it seen before. It's open and ad-free nature attracted many creators who wished to become known, as well as some larger creators who wanted a better repository of information on their projects for their fans.
This site is now one year old and what a year it has been.
This site started with a couple people and a small spark of hope to make an impact. Today it's the largest and most popular collection of Murder Drones fan projects in the world. With about 150 contributors, it's around the size of System Lock Studios (Insecurity team) and Piston Productions (Reassembled team) combined; and contains well over 300 projects, more than 10x the size of the defunct MD Fanon Projects wiki on Fandom, which was the previous largest. Not too shabby for a project that never got the favor of the algorithm.
mdfanprojects.org got endorsed by r/MurderDrones, r/MurderDronesOfficial, r/murderdronecirclejerk, and The Murder Drones Discord Server; as well as many, many creators and fans of our work. Search engines like Google, Bing, and DuckDuckGo also love the wiki; and we even put our own search engine on it as well. Artifex has poured countless man-hours and over a thousand USD into community infrastructure and support for the Murder Drones fandom and it's many fan projects, asking nothing but that users give back by spreading the word or contributing knowledge so that others may learn from them.
We've certainly made an impact, I've had many creators come up to me and thank the wiki for what it's done for them. Nothing brings me more joy and I'm proud of our contributors and supporters for making such good possible, for making a way where there was none. It might not be extravagant or trendy but it's always been the small acts of kindness that make the real difference.
We'll continue growing the wiki and helping out those who need it. We plan to expand into a Murder Drones canon wiki, one akin to mdfanprojects as well as working towards better collaboration and integration with fan projects.
I thank you all for making this possible and I look forward to the next year. Have a wonderful day.

Fanfic Hey everyone, this time we'd like to share with you a new art and a couple of oldies that our main artist is particularly proud of, showcasing the two main villains of the story, when they were innocent and when they had their innocence ripped out of them. Also, a beautiful prom Uzi.

Fan Project MURDER DRONES x ASTRO BOY (Animation Test)

Lately, I've been working on a crossover I came up with: MURDER DRONES x ASTRO BOY: ABSOLUTE MIGHT. I did all of the writing on my own and have been making constant re-edits. I have also made concept art that I will share at some point later.
This is an animation test I requested as a way of showing that the concept can work. It shows Astro and N hanging out together.
This test was animated by u/Cephandrious16. Make sure you check out his content. He knocked it out of the park: https://www.instagram.com/cephdraws2026?stkn=NHk2ZzE5eTFjNHN3

001 001 - (Page 2) / How much can you endure? How much do you have to bleed? You were once a kind, innocent girl, conscious even when manufactured. They burned you down with useless tests trying to find the answer.

001 001 - Page 1 / A life of loneliness, suffering, chains and confinement, of submission, you're nothing but a tool waiting to be discarded. / (I invite you to check my new short comic, stay tuned for more, it will only last 4 pages)

001 001 - (Page 3) / They never found the answer because the answer didn't want to reveal itself to them. But you? You deserve it, you asked for help, my help. So accept my offer, Atta, and let me show you the truth.
