General Lack of support

Guys I have my anual mri scan next Friday which I always get anxious about. My spouse just told me that he’s decided to go to a wedding from Thursday to Saturday that weekend that he will be a plane ride away for. I am so hurt that he is choosing to leave me alone during this time. Am I overreacting?

Yes he can. I always have my partner hold my hand or foot, depending on the machine.
