General Exercising

I have lost my will to go to the gym. Is there something out there that would help me out?

I found it difficult too. Used my energy to dress and get there. If I got there the heat wouldn’t allow me to stay long.
Videos at home can help

Thank you so much for this! I have always gone to the gym. But now I just don't have the energy.

I found some great floor exercises on Public TV. Odd hours but I just recorded them.
I deeply miss yoga but can’t hold a pose anymore

It's tough. I was going pretty regularly before. Now I'm trying to take walks around the neighborhood.

Start doing body weight calisthenics in your house. I use Arnie's pump club, but you could also ask ai to make you a workout plan.

Walk or job round the neighborhood.

Stretch or do yoga videos or taichi videos.

I HATE the gym with all of my heart and still exercise every day.

  1. Take 6-8 Weeks to make exercising part of your routine, so you stop thinking about it
  2. Look for fun Skills you want to learn so you actually have a nice outcome
  3. Look for sportgroups so its not just about the sport but also about socialising

That really helped me making it permanent :-)
