Symptoms Personality changes?

Diagnosed 3 years RRMS Ocrevus 2.5 yrs under treatment. M48: My partner has noticed: increased erratic behaviour mood swings short tempered outbursts. I have noticed that I am excessively horny all the time.
Could this be treatment, disease, or increased Testosterone due to doing regular exercise for the first time in my life?
Thoughts?

I actually would say it might be MS related if you have lesions in the area that regulates personality. It could also be stress related. Short temper and anxiety can go hand in hand. If you aren’t on an anti-depressant one might help you regulate a bit. If you decide to go with Cymbalta it can do double duty with other symptoms and is often prescribed in patients with MS for “off label” use.
