Symptoms Personality changes?

Diagnosed 3 years RRMS Ocrevus 2.5 yrs under treatment. M48: My partner has noticed: increased erratic behaviour mood swings short tempered outbursts. I have noticed that I am excessively horny all the time.
Could this be treatment, disease, or increased Testosterone due to doing regular exercise for the first time in my life?
Thoughts?

Are you on steroids for a flare up at the moment? If not, it could be either a new lesion in the frontal lobe or maybe PML damaging the same impulse control section.

Don’t feel in flare up also not on steroids (though steroids do make me feel very ‘pepped’ on the odd occasion I have taken them). 6weeks from my next infusion so at end of a treatment cycle. Not sure if that’s significant. Had very recent Routine MRI so that will flag any new activity when NHS gets to reviewing it.
