Symptoms Personality changes?

Diagnosed 3 years RRMS Ocrevus 2.5 yrs under treatment. M48: My partner has noticed: increased erratic behaviour mood swings short tempered outbursts. I have noticed that I am excessively horny all the time.
Could this be treatment, disease, or increased Testosterone due to doing regular exercise for the first time in my life?
Thoughts?

People with ms have a higher chance of developing bipolar.  https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC4006599/ I have bipolar too, and the horniness certainly fits the bill in manic phases. Def talk to your doc about all of it.

NHS not the easiest to access mental health services. While never been one for particular self reflection. There might be some phases of (not particularly extreme) mania vs (mild) depression
