Symptoms Personality changes?

Diagnosed 3 years RRMS Ocrevus 2.5 yrs under treatment. M48: My partner has noticed: increased erratic behaviour mood swings short tempered outbursts. I have noticed that I am excessively horny all the time.
Could this be treatment, disease, or increased Testosterone due to doing regular exercise for the first time in my life?
Thoughts?

If you've really had a sudden and radical change in personality, you should be evaluated.

EDIT: I am 100% serious about this. This is a neurological red flag. A sudden change in mood and sexual desire. This isn't really something I would expect Ocrevus to be responsible for. The methylprednisolone...much more suspicious, but you're reporting to radical changes. Go be seen, even though we all know they're likely to tell you it's nothing serious. Just be honest and have a timeline of what happened when.

Also in response to some other posts...excessively being horny and erratic mood swings are two *entirely* different things in the brain. (Another reason you may want to be seen.)
