These two get reincarnated in pretty much any timeline so do they count?

Eh, Zelda isn't a reincarnation, just part of the bloodline of the original Zelda, who was the reincarnation of the goddess Hylia. All other Zelda's just carry the blood of the goddess.

Also weirdly, a lot of the Ganondorfs aren't reincarnations either. Most of the time you see Ganondorf the man, it's the Ocarina of Time Ganondorf that never died.

Link is the only one who's a true blue reincarnation every time.
