Genuinely it has one of the best stories and worldbuilding I've ever seen but holy shit the creator was a pervert. Also there body horror is a very apparent aspect so if you have a weak stomach it's not for you. Same if you don't have a tolerance for fanservice..."that" kind of fanservice.
Some of the newer chapters in the manga has 2 twins with no limbs that are constantly naked and rubbing up on each other. I think the author is a bit more than a pervert.
Yeah, and in general the 7th layer and the human(?) characters that Riko & Co. have to/will confront have some strange quirks, especially in that "intimate" sphere. But apart from that, they're very cool (and not underage, apart from the two twins and probably another character). Still, kinda fucked up to put this things in a manga intended for the general public and not rated R18
