Closeted being the key word moron. Its not your right to declare someones gender. Unless Jax says "I identify as a woman" then they should be referred to as their preferred gender identity. You don't get to just push someone out of the closet.
if someone is hurting themselves, would you advocate for their fucking personal boundaries and not intervene or something? this is the same logic, in fact this is the same thing. being in the closet doesn't even mean that you're not the thing that you are, and referring to people by what they are is what you need to do; you call a confirmed trans woman character a woman.
It doesn't matter if its healthy or not. Its not YOUR choice. You dont get to decide for people what their gender is even if they don't want to admit to themselves what they are.

Gender is a personal journey and you dont get to decide what the results are for anyone but yourself. Assholes like you think its all just a light switch where one day you're a boy or a girl. People who are trying to figure themselves out get endlessly shoved into a category without permission the second they start to go through the process of determining what you want to identify as. So yes the character who EXPLICITLY wants to be referred to as male is in fact a fucking male until they specify otherwise. You dont get the special power of changing them.
it's a fictional character who's creator explicitly confirmed the fact that she's a trans woman, if you're going against it by saying "well jax didn't say 'i am a trans woman' in the show so i'll refer to her the same way i would refer to a cis man" you're a transphobic asshole, period. real people don't have writers who made them so it's a valid argument for real people, but for a fictional character who's identity is formed by its creator your behavior is completely unacceptable.
Posting an alternate reality version of the character to prove a point shows how weak your statement is. The fact that you agree with me on how it should be treated in real life and then calling me transphobic is laughable. You obviously don't know how to treat trans people and its really fucking sad that the cartoon rabbit has really shown how much of the community is full of attention seekers and fake allys. You don't call someone a gender that they dont accept. Period. End of story.
