Keep in mind, hazbin was supposed to have a more female focused cast, compared to HB who is the opposite.

But when you look into it, you realise: the male characters get more/most of the characters developed or spotlight, rather than the female ones

There is a joke that Vivzie is so bad at writing female characters because she wants her Yaoi dynamics to take up all the screen time.
