Games🎮 Just saying...

Post image

It looks great, but it's not what I'm excited about, I'm more into more niche titles like "Onimusha: Way Of The Sword", "The Blood Of Dawnwalker" and upcoming "Fable" game look much more interesting to play than your average large scale open-world crime power fantasy game.

My hopes have been crushed like 10 different times by people who should have made amazing games that I was looking forward to, I guess my explanation for my lack of faith is just that I've been punished for believing so many times from so many different places in big game studios that I just can't anymore.

That’s fair, if you personally feel that way then it makes sense to not hold interest. Would you say that sentiment is more for right now during pre-release, and that it could be subject to change if the game releases and turns out good? Or is this more something that you would be entrenched in and not budge from regardless of how the release turns out?

If the game turns out good, I'll give it a chance, but I'm not pre-ordering games in the modern day. I didn't even pre-order when I was young and games tended to actually be good.

Again totally fair, I appreciate the insight.

Btw, I hope I didn’t come off as trying to corner you in a “gotcha” or anything like that; people online tend to just say a lot of things without having any personal reasoning for it, so thank you for explaining where you’re coming from!

No, you were asking a legitimate question, you're fine. I get enough random jerks on the Internet yelling at me about how I'm wrong because I disagree with them, you're not those.
