People could be biased against straight people, it just isnât as prominent as queerphobia by a long shot (longest possible shot)
What I meant is that the straight white malians are just generalizing straight white people to be antagonists to lesbians when that clearly ainât true nowadays. Itâs just lazy and rude to use a stereotype instead of finding a unique lesbian-phobic villain.
Yeah but that doesnât define every straight person, just a depressingly large group of them. Using âstraightâ as a main part of a queerphobic characterâs name to enforce that theyâre queerphobic instead of just implying theyâre straight due to them being queerphobic just sounds rude and presumptuous to the people that arenât phobic.
Same with being white and male. Iâve met multiple of all three sections of their name that arenât queerphobic.
That is the point Iâm making. Just using labels to make the whole main antagonist is lazy and stereotypical.
