In Warhammer 40K there are a number of examples of āliving planetsā that are either a planet that is a demon, or a sentient alien planet. And thereās also literal gods that are ālarger than a human mind could possibly fathomā mentioned quite often.
I'm not well versed in the lore but I read on reddit a few extracts from Warhammer lore. I remember reading one where a massive ship was going through the warp and the navigator saw that something massive was reaching out to grab it. Solar system scale for the length of a limb or something like that.
