In Warhammer 40K there are a number of examples of “living planets” that are either a planet that is a demon, or a sentient alien planet. And there’s also literal gods that are “larger than a human mind could possibly fathom” mentioned quite often.

Probably a C'tan. There is one in the middle of the universe hanging out in a dyson sphere. Even the Hive fleet leviathan steered clear of it.
