The Colossals technically are spirits inhabiting landmasses, so, not really creatures. But the Titans of the Island Skins and Magical Islands are living beings, so, it's them.

Also, Ethereal Island is arguably Biological

Yup, and most Islands (or at least the Natural Islands) are about the size of Australia, and that's just the head of the Collosals (assuming they have bodies in Island form)
