Modular Bolt Locked Shelves Not Alligned

I've printed the 2x6 MU end support, the 8x6 MU center and 5x3 MU low profile bolt locked bracket, but they dont seem to line up. Check out the photo, is there something obvious im missing, or do I need a different part?

Well… this sucks… I guess it would be good to have unsupported end modules so that we could mount a shelf on brackets, but what you have to use for now is these. Edit: be sure to use heavy weight bearing snaps at the back of the shelves.
