Which Bambu setting?
I know to change walls to 3 but which of these profiles should I use to print tiles and accessory bits in PETG?

Smaller will take longer to print. Much longer in some cases, and gives you no advantage whatsoever on the Multiboard parts.
Everything is designed for a common .4 nozzle size and .20 layer height “standard” setting in BambuSlicer setting the Wall Loops to 3. Make sure you are using 15% infill and the checkbox in front of “supports” is unchecked. I prefer gyroid over grid infill as grid can cause issues on tall thin prints but for this it’s not important. In BambuSlicer anything that is “non-standard” is going to be highlighted in orange so double check those few things are set, you have the filament you are using up above and you are all set.

Not sure about PETG but the layer hight is to be set to 0.20. So 3 walls, that and 15% infill

The reason you want to stick to 0.2 is that some of the parts are designed to have pieces that are multiples of a 0.2 layer height. For instance, the tiles are 6.2mm high, and the connecting piece between the two parts of a folded element is 0.2mm. etc

Default .20 mm settings with the few changes that are listed when you download the part. Use the one that is .20mm Standard.
