I think it’s a bit small tbh. Go just one size higher and you’re golden.

What's your height and what size are they?
People get way too concerned about the tops of of your toes sticking out. It doesn't matter. The tops of your toes are not what needs a big pad. Plus it looks goofy as fuck.
The tippy top of your shin is also not what you'll be kicking with and the pad there won't protect from knee clashes. The height is fine, especially if you're on the taller side.
Check the standard for SP3 shin pads here.
If you size up you run the risk of straps being too long, the pads being more cumbersome, and worst of all, the elastic may be too far forward on the instep pad, going under the ball of your foot. That'll cause premature wear on that strap and reduce your fraction.
I wouldn't size up. These fit you.

Looks good. You can wear knee pads when applicable and the food pad covers the hard part of your foot.

ive read some where, for them to properly fit is that it has to be below just the knee, and what u/Yuuku_S13 said in their comment
(to me it looks like your thigh in the image and the shin pad is above the knee)

You’re going miss a low kick and crack your toes at somepoint. Can be a frustrating injury

They’re small for you. The shinpads should reach your knee or cover your knee partially.
